Independent film director Josef Steiff has released his new film "Jesse James" which includes the song "Tear Back the Night" by Bobby Vacant & The Weary. The film has recently received several awards including the Independent Shorts, Santa Fe Film Festival, Florida Shorts, and Bare Bones International Film Festival award 2021.
